As previously mentioned, the fix is in place and performing nominally at this time. We are monitoring until further notice.

We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix. We will keep the status to "Degraded" while we monitor even though it should be all back to normal at this time.

We are still investigating the problem at this time. It is a network performance issue with our upstream equipment. None of the servers or internal network equipment is affected in any way.
